How will I receive the products I ordered?

Your items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Larger orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. Once shipped you will receive tracking information via email.

Yes. Once you make your selections for design, font, and colors I will send you a proof via email. Fabric selections will vary according to availability. As soon as I receive your approval on the proof, I will begin work on your order.

CanWi I sell items I've made from your patterns?

Shipping charges will be calculated based on your total purchase.

If you opt for a local pick-up, use the coupon "LOCAL" to avoid a shipping charge.

Because these products are custom created, there are no refunds or exchanges. Please be sure the proof is exactly what you want when you give your approval. If I make a mistake I will gladly fix or replace the problem.

Please allow up to two (2) weeks for completion of your order, though most of the time it will be ready much sooner. Once shipped, USPS usually delivers within 2-3 days. There are no guarantees with the delivery process...it is out of my control once the package is turned over to the postal service.
